SHOP’S POLICY

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES/ PAYMENTS

 
 

Please note that we DO NOT accept card payments, Please make sure you bring cash with you to pay for your tattoo.

● All deposits are non-refundable, but will come off the price of your final session.
● Your appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of two times as long as you give us at least 5 days notice. Please email with the subject “RESCHEDULE” or “CANCELLATION” so it doesn’t get missed. 
● If you are to cancel, please be aware that you will forfeit your deposit regardless of notice given. 
● If you don’t show, you’ll lose your deposit and it’s at the artists discretion whether to re-book you or not.  
● If you are more than 30 minutes late, please be aware that the artists may not be able to tattoo you and you will lose your deposit.

● If you need to reschedule but do not pick a new date within 6 months you may need to pay a new deposit
● Please always let us know if you are going to be late by calling the shop on 02076892460.

We are a very small studio, and we ask that you refrain from bringing friends and family with you if they are not getting tattooed , as they will not be able to stay throughout the session, unless you require a carer for any health / mobility reasons.
